1. Introduction
Welcome to BrokerFlow AI LTD (“BrokerFlow AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI automation services, SMS outreach, outbound AI calling systems, CRM tools, GoHighLevel sub-accounts, lead nurture workflows, and related products (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

3. Eligibility
The Services are intended for business use only.
You must:
be at least 18 years old
have legal authority to enter agreements on behalf of a business
comply with all applicable laws in the UK and your region
not use the Services for personal consumer use
We serve businesses in the United Kingdom and worldwide.
4. Description of Services
BrokerFlow AI provides AI-powered marketing and automation tools, including:
AI SMS lead nurturing
AI WhatsApp lead nurturing (where permitted)
AI outbound calling and inbound voice automation
AI chat widgets
AI lead reactivation campaigns
Workflow automation setup
GoHighLevel CRM provisioning
Integration consulting
Pay-per-appointment AI agent services
Monthly ongoing service plans
Appointment booking automations
Sales follow-up workflows
Lead form integrations
Optional funnel building and tracking setup
BrokerFlow AI does not generate leads unless expressly agreed in a separate contract.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and lawful customer data
Ensure your own compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FCA rules for mortgage brokers)
Not use the Services for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful activity
Not transmit harmful, abusive, or restricted content
Not attempt to reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell our proprietary AI systems, prompts, or workflows
Comply with all advertising laws
Acquire consent from your contacts for SMS, WhatsApp, email, or voice communications
Failure to follow these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination.
6. Payment Terms
BrokerFlow AI offers the following payment models:
Pay-per-Booking (client pays per verified booked appointment)
Monthly retainers (for automation or AI management)
Setup fees (one-off system/CRM implementation)
Billing method: Stripe.
Refunds:
No refunds are provided unless explicitly outlined in a written agreement.
Pay-per-booking charges apply once an appointment is successfully booked in the client’s calendar.
No free trials are offered.
Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
7. Company Rights
BrokerFlow AI reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment
Suspend accounts for system abuse, unlawful activity, or breach of Terms
Modify, upgrade, or discontinue portions of the Services
Enforce communication limits or rate limits
Remove content that violates laws or these Terms
Restrict access to protect platform stability
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to:
AI prompts
Workflows
Automations
Voice agent scripts
Chatbot scripts
Custom CRM systems
Funnels (unless custom-built under contract)
AI training data
Website templates
Branding assets
…remains the exclusive property of BrokerFlow AI LTD.
Client-provided data, leads, and customer information remain the property of the client.
AI-generated content (SMS messages, call transcripts, etc.) is licensed for the client’s use while subscribed or contracted with BrokerFlow AI.
9. AI Limitations & Disclaimers
You acknowledge that:
AI messages may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or misinterpreted
AI calling/sms behaviour cannot be guaranteed to perform perfectly
BrokerFlow AI does not provide legal, financial, or regulated advice
AI outputs are generated based on client data and instructions
Results such as revenue, appointments, conversion rates, or ROI are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement
BrokerFlow AI is not liable for:
lost revenue
missed opportunities
incorrect AI responses
compliance violations caused by user instructions
damages arising from inaccurate or inappropriate AI output
Your business is responsible for reviewing AI communications and ensuring compliance with your sector’s regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrokerFlow AI LTD will not be liable for:
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
lost profits or business interruption
errors in AI-generated communication
delays or downtime
data loss caused by third-party tools (such as GoHighLevel, Twilio, Meta, etc.)
Total liability is limited to the amount the client has paid in the last 30 days.
11. Termination
BrokerFlow AI may terminate access immediately if:
payments fail or are overdue
you breach these Terms
you abuse the system or violate law
you exceed communication or usage limits
continuing service poses a risk to the platform
Clients may terminate services with 2 weeks’ notice, unless otherwise specified in a written contract.
Outstanding balances must still be paid.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be handled through the courts of England & Wales unless an alternative resolution method is agreed in writing.
13. Data Protection & Privacy
Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
BrokerFlow AI complies with:
GDPR (UK and EU)
Industry-standard privacy and security practices
14. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes become effective when posted on our website.
